We are excited to have you and your family join our program. Our mission is to provide athletes with opportunities to grow both on and off the court by fostering teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, and a strong work ethic.
This contract outlines the expectations and commitments of players, parents/guardians, and coaches. By joining JVBC, each athlete and family agrees to uphold the values of the club, respect the responsibilities of being part of a team, and support a positive and competitive environment.
The purpose of this agreement is to:
- Establish clear expectations for behavior, communication, and commitment.
- Ensure mutual respect among athletes, parents, and coaches.
- Promote a healthy balance between competition, personal development, and fun.
- Encourage accountability so that every member contributes to the success of the team.
